About Us
Our journey started when Kapil Bakshi, started this firm after working with Talati & Panthaky Associated Pvt Ltd. In the year 1996.
In the initial years our focus was on designing – Architecture & Interior designing, both. Alongwith designing Residential structures, bungalows, we got opportunity to design initial three D-Mart stores when the chain commenced its operation and then Magnet Hypermarket at pan India level with area coverage of retail space of more than 1 lac sq ft in one single project.
In the year 2010, we decided to move from designing to Project Management Consultancy. Initially, it was limited to construction PMC & Technical Consultancy for developer’s construction projects and then, with a boom in redevelopment, we started with society redevelopment in the year 2013.
With highest level of transparency maintained, we are working on projects all over Mumbai, including projects with plot area of more than 10,000 sq mts and Cluster Development Scheme too.
We also got opportunity to work on Self Redevelopment Project of a society at Andheri East, where construction area is more than 1,15,000 sq ft and project is expected to be completed by December 2024 – more than 4 months before completion schedule mentioned on Maharera portal.

We work only as Project Management Consultants – Redevelopment and Green Field projects.

Currently working on 2 projects which have construction area, more than 9 lac sq ft each at Bandra (East), these two projects will be amalgamated to create one large project spread over more than 19 buildings and about 15,000 sq mts of plot area and more than 600 Existing members.

We are working on one Self Redevelopment Project as society PMC where all other consultants are part of our team, or project at Andheri East on a plot about 2,000 sq mts, where 13th slab is casted

Experience
Vast experience of more than 57 years in field of Architecture, Project Execution & Interior Designing. Started a partnership concern ‘Bakshi Mankar Laud Architects’ in the year 1967 and continued with it till 2001. Since the year 2002, started his own concern ‘Sharad Bakshi Architects’ and is engaged in PMC services.

Experience of more than 26 years in field of Architecture, Project Management. Started career by working with ‘Talati & Panthaky – Associated Pvt. Ltd’, one of the largest and most respected Architectural firm in India. During this period worked as Project Architect on Residential & Commercial structures.
